Philip G. Haddad,
Jr. |
Philip
G. Haddad, Jr., President & Founder, Westland Companies
Mr. Haddad is the Founder of Westland Services
Corporation and Westland Perpetual Trust, Inc. In addition,
he is the chairman and founder of National Memorial Trust,
a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable foundation creaded solely
to restore and maintain public statuary and memorials anywhere
in the United States.
From 1981 through 1993, Mr. Haddad was part-owner
of Caswell-King Funeral Homes in Worcester and Holden, MA.
Since 1994, he has been part-owner of Nordgren, Memorial Chapel
in Worcester MA. He has been a licensed funeral director since
1967. In the early 1980's he co-developed the "Orthodox
Section" of Hope Cemetery in Worcester, MA, for the Council
of Eastern Orthodox Churches of Central Massachusetts.
Mr. Haddad has held a number of management
positions with the U.S. General Services Administration and
the U.S. Army, beginning in 1971, and started his career as
a Sales Consultant with Paul Revere Life Insurance Company
in 1967. He received his B.A. from American International
College, Springfield, MA in 1966, his Masters in Public Administration
from Northeastern University, Boston, MA in 1976, and two
industry-specific degrees in 1967 and 1970.
He has held numerous offices and directorships
in Eastern Orthodox Church organizations and his Masonic Lodge.
Mr. Haddad was President of a non-profit foundation which
built a 113-bed nursing home in Worcester, MA, with a construction
budget of approximately 7 million dollars. He has also served
as Secretary of the Board of Governors of Community Residences,
Inc., Worcester, MA for the Developmentally Challenged.
Mr. Haddad is married, the father of two,
and resides in Worcester, MA with his wife Carolyn.
Michael G. Constantinou
Mr. Constantinou has served as Westland's Sales and
Training Consultant since 1995. From 1983 to 1994, he was
the Director of Agency Development with Allmerica Financial,
located in Worcester, MA, where he was responsible for management
and agent development, cost controls, profit and loss, product
marketing and training. Mr. Constantinou has 20 years experience
in the life insurance and mutual fund industry.
Stephen J. Scheffel
Mr. Scheffel served as Westland's Information Technology
Consultant. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Malibu, CA
with a Masters in Business Administration from Clark University,
Worcester, MA, Mr. Sheffel has extensive experience in Primary
Network design and solutions and manages Westland’s
intricate Information Technology database.
David P. Haddad
Mr. Haddad serves as Vice President, Regional Development
for Westland presently based in San Diego, CA. A graduate
of Boston College, Carroll School of Management with a major
in Finance, David is responsible for regional coordination
and development.
Stephanie J. Haddad
Ms. Haddad serves as Vice President, International
Development for Westland based in Amsterdam, Holland. A
graduate of Pace University in Pleasantville, New York,
with a major in Marketing and Advertising. Stephanie is
responsible for international coordination and development.
Sheryl Bourisk/Paul Minda
Partners in Bo-Min Communications Group, Boston,
MA, Ms. Bourisk and Mr. Minda serve as Westland’s
video, audio, and media managers.
Elaine Hayeck
Westland's Corporate Training Consultant for Westland
Representatives throughout the United States.
Andrew Constantinou
Westland's Graphics and Web development designer.
A graduate of Syracuse University's College of Visual and
Performing Arts, Andrew has developed and maintains Westland’s
web sites.
